- Online gambling giant 888 Holdings will be expanding into Colorado, Indiana, and Iowa in 2021.
- The company signed a three-year multi-exclusive deal that will bring online gambling to the states under individual licenses through retailers like Harrah’s.
- LAS VEGAS – Announced on Wednesday, British gambling conglomerate 888 Holdings will be officially expanding into the US states of Iowa, Indiana, and Colorado.
The company released a statement in which they will partner with larger gambling companies already active in the states to unveil their online gambling platform.
The platform will include online gambling through casino games, if states choose to legalize them, and online sports betting under the 888Sport brand in 2021.
Each state has its own partnership with the 888 brand.
Colorado will see 888 launch under the license of the Colorado Grande Casino in Cripple Creek, CO. 888 will enter Iowa under the license of Catfish Bend Casinos II LLC. In Indiana, the brand signed an agreement with major retailer Harrah’s at their Hoosier Park-based location, which is owned by Caesars Entertainment.
After the implantation of 888’s brand into these three states, the total number of states with the company’s products will be raised to six.
The official release went on to state that the company’s stock is ahead of market expectations for this year, with the EBITDA growth expectation around 18.5%, which is on par for growth through the first half of the year.
