Biden Approval Rating Projected Over 43% By Sportsbooks

WASHINGTON – With the first full year of Joseph Biden’s presidency coming to a close soon, opinions are mixed on his performance as president so far. BetOnline is offering political betting odds for Biden’s approval rating, and right now they’re favoring it to go higher.

Biden Odds – Approval Rating On January 1st

The odds offered to online gambling curators are currently favoring him to be over 43% by January. His approval rating, however, rests at 43.7% at time of writing.

According to FiveThirtyEight, Biden’s disapproval rating as of Thursday is 50.7% though his approval rating barely increased from November.

Response To His Ratings

In spite of the low approval ratings, Biden remains confident and steadfast. While speaking with Late Night host Jimmy Fallon, Biden was asked if he paid attention to his approval ratings to which he replied “not anymore.”

A CNN overview of a recent poll showed that 51% of American’s polled in December did not approve of Biden’s performance as president, with 49% approving of it.

The poll suggests that overall, Americans do not trust Joe Biden.

In fact, according to the CNN overview, the majority disapproved of his handling of most issues in December. With the exception of his handling of the Coronavirus pandemic, the polls reflected overall disapproval of the way Biden has handled several key issues in the US.
