TRENTON, N.J. – Evolution has launched its Live Craps games in Pennsylvania, and it seems like New Jersey could be getting Live Craps as well.
Evolution is a casino software provider that previously rolled out this Live Craps option in Europe, but PA is the first US state to get access to it.
A PR statement from the company described the game as follows:
“Set in a speakeasy-style studio, this unique version of the classic dice game looks to make the game easier to understand and to play for both the experienced player and the newcomer.
With both an ‘Easy Mode’ and a simple online interactive tutorial explaining the game and how best to enjoy playing it, Craps is another step for Evolution in expanding its gambling portfolio in the US and giving players in Pennsylvania a full suite of Live Casino options.
The statement went on to detail plans to launch in Michigan and New Jersey, two top iGaming states, but did not give any timeline on the launch specifically, saying that “Evolution is aiming to launch Live Craps across Michigan and New Jersey in the near future.”
Evolution’s Commercial Director for North America, Jeff Millar, praised the game and explained what it meant to the company to launch it in the US after a near-two-year waiting period from Europe.
“This game was the very first online Live Craps game in the industry, and it was a landmark moment for Evolution,” Millar said. “We’re very proud to be able to offer it to our operators and their players in the state of Pennsylvania today.”
Millar also spoke about the game itself, praising the atmosphere it creates, as well as the substance of the game in terms of both providing craps to those who already like it, and enticing new players to joining.
“The game itself is going to thrill Craps enthusiasts throughout the US and is sure to attract some new fans,” Millar said. “The game captures all the excitement of a traditional Craps table, and the decadence of the speakeasy era, and brings it to the online casino world in style. We can’t wait to see what players think of it and look forward to launching this game into more states in the future.”
