NEW YORK – Sports data company Genius Sports has become the official data and trading partner of Golden Nugget Online (GNOG).
With exclusive data rights deals across the NFL, English Premier League (EPL), and NASCAR, Genius will be providing accurate stats for the GNOG Sportsbook to have the most accurate odds for betting lines on numerous sporting events.
Genius will also be providing its award-winning LiveData and LiveTrading solutions to power the live odds at GNOG’s retail and online sportsbooks.
GNOG Meets Genius
This partnership will begin running during the NFL season so users of the GNOG sportsbook will be seeing the best betting lines for NFL betting.
The GNOG sportsbook will gain access to NFL Next Gen Stats (NGS), a Genius exclusive product that is supposed to enhance the way to play.

Genius Sportsbooks have been active, curating deals with Caesars Entertainment and WynnBet in the last few weeks as well.
As the exclusive data supplier of NFL stats, it makes sense that sportsbooks would be rushing to work with them for the 2021-2022 NFL season.

This is a big move for both Genius and GNOG. This is Golden Nugget’s first big partnership since announcing DraftKings will be acquiring the gambling company.
The Future Of Golden Nugget
DraftKings‘ $1.56 billion acquisition of GNOG from Fertitta Entertainment will see the GNOG sports betting operation function with the backing of one of the biggest sports betting entities in the market, while also increasing DraftKings market share.
Golden Nugget struggled early on to gain footing in the sports gaming market. Now that GNOG will become a part of DraftKings, it is expected to see major growth.
For now, GNOG will remain its own gambling outfit and this Genius deal shows they are not planning to merge with DraftKings just yet. GNOG Sportsbook could blossom under DraftKings and become a market leader of its own.
