TRENTON, N.J. - Unibet has reached a deal with Playtech for casino software that could cover multiple states in the near future.
The deal currently covers only New Jersey gambling, which will be seeing a rollout of Playtech’s RNG Casino software, but more states will be coming soon.
Playtech: Further Movement In The US Market
Playtech’s COO, Shimon Akad, praised the partnership as one of the steps towards further US growth, and praised Unibet as one of the top operators in New Jersey.
“We are delighted to announce this exciting step in Playtech’s US growth,” Akad said. “Unibet deliver a fantastic entertainment experience to their US customers, and we are proud to partner with them to deliver Playtech’s Casino software as part of their market leading offering – starting in New Jersey.

Playtech, founded in 1999, debuted in the US market in 2020, with a New Jersey partnership with Bet365.
This partnership with Unibet will allow them more reach in New Jersey, and will extend to other states as those states regulate online casino gameplay.
Unibet: Higher Quality Content
Manuel Stan, the SVP of Kindred Group US, who are Unibet’s owners, praised Playtech as a service that would allow them to add better content and games to their online casinos in New Jersey.
“To add Playtech Casino software to our portfolio in New Jersey is very exciting,” Stan said. “Partnering with Playtech enables us to offer our online casino customers a selection of some of the best quality content, and we look forward to further collaboration with Playtech across more US states in the future.”
Unibet’s promise to keep the online gambling partnership going across multiple states seems to be very important to the deal.
PlayTech will be able to spread further across America as Unibet does, and this partnership seems built to last for a while.
