Tipico and NetEnt Partner To Offer Online Gambling In New Jersey

  • A sportsbook and a casino gaming company have come together to offer both services through one platform for the gamblers of New Jersey.
  • NetEnt will have a number of casino games while Tipico will post sports betting lines in the terms of the new partnership as each company expands in the United States.

TRENTON, N.J. – German sportsbook operator Tipico will be entering the U.S. online gambling market by way of the New Jersey sports betting and gambling through a little help with NetEnt, a well-known provider for digital gaming services.

The two companies partnered to combine their different areas of expertise into one all-encompassing platform for gamblers of the Garden State.

Tipico will bring the heat with their sportsbook offerings while NetEnt will bring a number of table and slot games such as their popular Divine Fortune game as well as other varieties for members to enjoy.

The Partnership

The partnership will be beneficial for both parties as it allows them to expand their businesses in the United States but more specifically, New Jersey, a kingpin in gambling for the nation.

Tipico will be eligible to use all of NetEnt’s strategies and products to advertise the sports betting side of the partnership. This should help the sportsbook operator to grow their American customer base because they are on a quest to become a top name in the business within the United States.

“We are excited to begin our partnership with NetEnt as we kick-off our expansion into the U.S.” said Adrian Vella, Managing Director, U.S. Business, Tipico. “With a proven track record in the regulated New Jersey market and their well-known catalog of branded games, we’re confident that our customers will love NetEnt’s offering.”

Coming To The Garden State

Once Tipico rolls out to the people of New Jersey, NetEnt games will be available through the online and mobile platform right along with the sports betting listings. As time goes on, the gaming company will periodically launch more titles of available games for members to enjoy. This should occur toward the end of 2020.

“We are happy that Tipico has chosen NetEnt to be one of their first content providers as they begin their US journey. I’m looking forward to having our games in front of players and working with Tipico to grow their business in the US,” says Brian Kraft, Vice President Commercial of NetEnt Americas LLC.

The Garden State is one of the biggest markets in the U.S. to enter right out of the gate. These two companies will have their work cut out for them as they are saturated in competition.

But to put themselves in a well-known, regulated, and highly profitable landscape like that of New Jersey’s gambling scene is a smart move when the goal is to gain popularity in the United States among enthusiastic gamblers.
